The Crane is able to dramatically reduce our initial development costs by designing and constructing all residences and amenities in-house. Our in-house team and resources include a full architectural and construction team. We bypass expensive third party suppliers and employing over 400 employees who are responsible for all aspects of resort operations including security, laundry, landscaping and appliance and TV repairs.

Economies of Scale for Ongoing Costs

Post development, The Crane benefits from extensive cost savings from buying in bulk or direct from suppliers.

Owners also benefit from Crane Resorts' participation in the Tourism Development Act, where investors in tourism projects benefit from write off-of capital expenditure and 150% of interest. There is also exemption from import duty, value added tax and environmental levy in respect of furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as building materials, supplies and equity financing.
