The Crane is able to dramatically reduce our initial development costs by designing and constructing all residences and amenities in-house. Our in-house team and resources include a full architectural and construction team. We bypass expensive third party suppliers and employing over 400 employees who are responsible for all aspects of resort operations including security, laundry, landscaping and appliance and TV repairs.
