Crane Private Residence Membership is not timeshare. While The Crane took the best of the "Timeshare Concept" and added it to our member services, that is where the similarity ends. The portions of the timeshare concept The Crane did preserve include:
- Allowing members to trade types of accommodations both in size and time of the year.
- The option to trade the value of your week to be used in another resort elsewhere in the world.
- Allowing owners the option to bank the value of their week to be used at a later date.
- Most importantly, allowing members to purchase for out-right ownership only the amount of vacation time required.
