• Select the apartment you want          
• Select the best week for you from the weeks available in that apartment          
• A representative fills out the agreement with your personal information and the financial details.          
• You confirm that everything written is correct and sign two copies of the agreement          
• You then keep one copy and The Crane keeps the second copy

If you are not currently in Barbados the procedure is as follows-

• Download the Crane Private Residence Club DOT, Crane Private Residence Club Rules & Schedule A, Club Membership Application Form, Club Rules and Trust Agreement (Deed of Trust). These are included in the attached PDF. 
  (You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these. Download the reader now)          
• Check the Residence Prices.          
• Print 4 copies of the Application Form and sign them.          
• Keep one and send the remaining three (3) to us via courier. Fed Ex is preferred. (If you e-mail us before you send the copies we can give you a Fed Ex number)          
• We will send two copies to the Trust Company.          
• The Trust Company will send one back to you with an authorized signature on behalf of the marketing company and your membership certificate. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for application processing.

The summary of the membership agreement and the agreement itself are available in Microsoft Word format. They are clearer and easier to understand when printed. The Crane Private Residence Membership Agreement
