On completion of The Crane’s development, our property will feature a total of four function suites, varying from an executive style boardroom to meeting facilities to accommodate up to 220 persons. The present facility, the historic Pavilion Room, dates back to the late 1800s, and adjoins L’Azure Restaurant. The new function suites will be located within The Crane Village, which will also house retail shops, a new reception and additional dining facilities.

With your requirements in mind, coupled with our dedicated and professional staff, we will transform our facilities to best accommodate your needs.
The Pavillion
Throughout the years, this facility has been renowned for its entertainment events and banqueting facilities. Encompassing an area of 2,250 sq. ft the Pavilion Room features coral stone walls, a high ceiling, adjustable lighting system, wireless internet access, air conditioning, ceiling fans and partial ocean view. This room offers tradition, privacy and convenience in a classic and relaxed atmosphere.
Crane Village Conference Center (opening in late 2008)
This
multipurpose facility with total dimensions of 2, 712 sq. ft. can be
reserved as one suite to facilitate a maximum range of 250 persons based on
your requirements; or can be subdivided to three individual meeting suites.
