Employee Recognition Programme

The Crane’s Employee Recognition Programme recognises and rewards productive behaviour in a transparent fashion.

The top Crane Diamond Award is awarded to the employee with the most mentions for the month. This employee will receive a weekend for two inclusive of breakfast and a couple’s massage. Other recipients of this award receive a one night stay for two inclusive of one pedicure/manicure.

In addition:

• Photos of the Crane Diamonds are erected on plaques in the Front Office area for viewing by guests and staff
• Recipients are also treated to lunch hosted by the General Manager and the Human Resources Manager in one of our restaurants
